At The Legacy Towns and Flats, we know that your dog or cat isn’t just a pet, they're part of your family. That’s why The Legacy is one of the few apartment communities in Carmel that allows all dogs and cats, without any breed or size restrictions.

Neither you nor your dog or cat have to settle when it comes to choosing an apartment, and you can all reap the benefits of luxurious apartment life, featuring:

Remember that while The Legacy is more than happy to provide a home for pet-owners in Carmel, we expect all Residents with pets to be respectful of their neighbors and take care of any messes made by pets and follow any and all community guidelines.
