J.C. Hart Shines Bright at Summer Shining Stars

On Monday, July 22, J.C. Hart Associates gathered at the beautiful Eiteljorg Museum in downtown Indianapolis for our annual Summer Shining Stars celebration.

Twice a year we come together in person to recognize the outstanding contributions of our Associates and present our quarterly awards. These gatherings are about more than just recognition; they’re an opportunity to connect across teams, celebrate shared wins, and enjoy time together outside of our day-to-day roles.

A highlight of the afternoon was raising a glass in celebration of J.C. Hart being named one of Indiana’s Best Places to Work for the 13th time. Our Executive Team led a champagne toast to mark this milestone and honor the Associates who made it possible.

It’s a recognition we’re proud of — and one we’re committed to earning again as we set our sights on year 14.

This year’s event also featured an opportunity to give back. Associates were encouraged to bring classroom supplies to donate to Teachers’ Treasures, a local nonprofit that supports teachers in underserved schools.

The response was incredible. Our team showed up with markers, notebooks, glue sticks, folders, and more — all to help set students and educators up for success. Everyone who donated was entered into a gift card drawing, but the biggest reward was knowing these supplies would directly impact local classrooms.

Summer Shining Stars continues to be a meaningful tradition at J.C. Hart — a time to recognize achievements, celebrate milestones, and reflect on what makes our culture special: the way our Associates support one another, serve with care, and show up with purpose.
